Can I use my insurance?

We're sorry, but we don't take any insurance providers at this time. We can supply you with an itemized receipt for reimbursement. Insurance may be used to cover the cost of your medication at the pharmacy, labs, and other third-party testing facilit

What if my pharmacy does not have my medication?

Simply send us an email or text message right away. We'll gladly resend or transfer your prescription to another pharmacy. Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel or get a refund for this.

Do I still have to pay for my medication?

Much like in a regular doctor's office, patients are responsible for paying for their medications out of pocket or through insurance.

What if my insurance does not cover my medication?

You have the option of paying out of pocket or requesting an alternate medication.

Is your service fee refundable?

Yes, before we provide the service. Unfortunately, after we have provided the service or ordered the medication, the consultation fee is nonrefundable. We'll gladly retreat, reevaluate, or resolve any issues that may arise.
